INDIAN ISLAMIC ASSOCIATION QATAR

Free Medical Camp, which has been held over the past four consecutive years, is a major philanthropic item on the agenda of Indian Islamic Association (IIA). The medical camp, started in 2002 is conducted in connection with the World Health Day of World Health Organization (WHO) under the auspicious patronage of the Ministry of Health of the Government of Qatar and Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) with the co-operation of Indian Medical Association (IMA), Qatar Chapter.

Indian Islamic Association (IIA) is a socio-cultural organization with a presence among the expatriate community of Qatar over the last quarter of a century. It has been working to its optimal capacity to serve expatriates in all domains that concern human existence covering religion, social service, charity, arts, culture, literature, education and sports. IIA has also been endeavoring to establish the best of relations with the local Arab population and the Qatar Government authorities, which have helped it, build a strong bridge of Indo-Arab friendship.

Indian Medical Association is the only representative, national voluntary organisation of Doctors of Modern Scientific System of Medicine, which looks after the interest of doctors as well as the well being of the community at large.
